About EvaKool Fridge Slides & Tie Downs

A fridge slide brings your fridge out of the back of the 4WD or ute, so you can reach inside without climbing in. EvaKool makes two sizes in black powder coated steel, with an anti-slip surface and a self-locking system, both rated to 80kg. The 1m tie down straps keep your fridge secure on the slide or in the tray.

An EvaKool fridge slide makes a 4WD, ute or caravan fridge easy to reach. The heavy duty slides are black powder coated steel with an anti-slip surface and a self-locking system, and both sizes are rated to 80kg. The small slide extends to 1475mm and the large to 1853mm.

Which fridge slide do I need?

Each slide's product page lists the fridge models it fits. EvaKool lists the 80L and 95L Down Under II as compatible with the large slide. Not sure? Give us a call on 02 9413 3166 with your fridge model.

How much height does a slide add?

Allow about 30mm to 35mm extra on top of your fridge height. Measure under your canopy or hatch before you order.

How much weight can the slide hold?

Both sizes are rated to 80kg.

How far does it extend?

The small slide extends to 1475mm and the large slide to 1853mm.

What tie down straps should I use?

EvaKool's 1m tie down straps come in a 2 pack, each rated to 250kg. For Adventure Series fridges, EvaKool recommends cam buckle straps, since ratchet straps can damage the unit.
