In stock parts ordered before 10am on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10am are usually dispatched the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Many of our parts are brought in from our suppliers just for you. The product page shows the expected lead time, and we'll email you as soon as your order is on its way. If a part will take longer than expected, we'll let you know.
If your order includes parts from different suppliers, it may arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Express Post is available on in stock items only, for orders up to 5kg. Order before 10am on a business day and they're usually dispatched the same day and delivered the next business day within the Australia Post Express network. Heavier orders travel by Standard Shipping.
Orders over 25kg, such as rooftop tents, larger fridges and bull bars, are charged at a flat rate for each weight range, shown in the tables above. If you live nearby, free local delivery and Click and Collect are great options for big items.

Small parcels can be delivered to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers. Large or heavy items need a street address so they can be delivered safely.
Some products are classed as dangerous goods, including aerosols, brake fluid and some batteries. These travel by road, so allow a little extra time for delivery, especially for interstate and Express orders.
Every order comes with tracking. We'll email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also log in to your account with the email you ordered with to see your order status and tracking at any time. If you can't see the dispatch email, check your junk folder or give us a call.
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, let us know as soon as you can, ideally with a few photos of the part and the packaging, and keep the packaging until your claim is sorted. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy for full details.
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered and you can't find it, check with neighbours or your building reception first. If it still hasn't turned up, get in touch and we'll follow it up with Australia Post.
