    A link or screenshot showing the price, the part, and that it’s in stock right now.

  3. We check it and match it

    Once we’ve verified the price, you pay the matched price. That’s it.

The price match covers the part. Our fitting service is quoted and charged separately.

No. Trade or wholesale pricing that isn't available to the general public isn't eligible.

Yes. If you find the identical part in stock and cheaper at an authorised Australian retailer, we'll match it.

Same brand, same part number, same condition and same pack size. If the part number doesn't match, it isn't a like for like match.

Contact us by email at info@eastcoastspares.com.au  before you check out with a link to the competitor's listing. We'll check it and sort the price before you pay.

Show our team the competitor's advertised price at the counter, on your phone is fine, and we'll check it on the spot.

No. The price match needs to be applied before you complete your purchase, so check with us first.

We don't match auction sites or private sellers, including eBay and Facebook Marketplace.

No. We compare the item price only, and our standard delivery charges apply to online orders. If you choose Click and Collect, there's no delivery to worry about.

No. A price match can't be combined with other discounts or discount codes.

Price Match Terms and Conditions

  1. Who we are. The Price Match Promise is offered by Connolly Automotive Pty Limited (ABN 38 003 537 184), trading as East Coast Spares and Chatswood Brake & Clutch, 113 Fullers Rd, Chatswood NSW 2067.
  2. Identical items only. The item must be identical to the one we sell: same brand, same part number, same condition (new) and same pack size or quantity.
  3. Eligible competitors. The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer with a current ABN, trading in store or online, with the price shown in Australian dollars including GST.
  4. Stock availability. The item must be in stock at the competitor and available for immediate purchase at the time of your request. Backorder, pre-order and out of stock listings aren't eligible. We must also have the item in stock or be able to supply it.
  5. Price comparison. We compare the item price only, including GST. Delivery, freight and fitting charges are not included in the comparison, and our standard delivery charges apply to online orders.
  6. Exclusions. The Price Match Promise does not apply to:
    • auction sites and private sellers, including eBay and Facebook Marketplace
    • clearance, liquidation, or promotional pricing, including limited time sales, bundle deals, coupon codes and cashback offers
    • member, loyalty or trade only pricing not available to the general public
    • prices that include installation or freight and can't be separated
    • obvious pricing errors
    • overseas retailers or prices not in Australian dollars
  7. How to claim. Show us proof of the competitor's current advertised price, such as a link or screenshot showing the price, the item and that it's in stock, before you complete your purchase.
  8. Verification. We'll verify the competitor's price before applying a match, which may include checking their website or contacting them. If we can't verify the price, we may decline the request.
  9. Timing. The competitor's price must be current at the time of purchase. We can't apply a price match after your purchase is complete.
  10. Quantities. We'll match reasonable household or single vehicle quantities, and any quantity limits set by the competitor apply.
  11. Other offers. A price match can't be combined with other East Coast Spares discounts, promotions or discount codes.
  12. Fitting service. The price match applies to the part only. Our fitting service is charged separately.
  13. Changes. We may change or withdraw the Price Match Promise at any time by updating this page. Requests made before a change will be handled under the terms that applied at the time.
  14. Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
