Price Match Policy

At East Coast Spares, we’re committed to providing our customers with high-quality parts at competitive prices. If you find a lower advertised price on an identical in-stock item from a local competitor, we’ll do our best to match it.

What We Price Match:

• The item must be identical in brand, part number, and condition.

• The competitor must be an authorised Australian retailer (in-store or online).

• The item must be currently in stock and available for immediate purchase.

Exclusions:

• Auction sites or private sellers (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace).

• Clearance, liquidation, or promotional pricing (e.g., limited-time sales, bundle deals, or coupons).

• Items sold with installation or freight pricing that cannot be separated.

• Wholesale or trade-only pricing not available to the general public.

How to Request a Price Match:

To request a price match, simply provide proof of the competitor’s current advertised price (such as a link or screenshot) at the time of purchase. We’ll verify the offer and confirm eligibility before applying any discount.
