Baintech Voltage Control Relay 12V/24V 100A

Automatic Dual‑Battery Voltage‑Sensing Relay

The Baintech Voltage Control Relay 12V/24V 100A is a fully automatic voltage‑sensing split‑charge relay designed to manage charging between a primary start battery and an auxiliary battery bank. Engineered for reliability in touring, 4WD, caravan and marine setups, it ensures your auxiliary system receives charge only when the start battery is at a safe voltage—protecting your cranking battery from accidental discharge.

When the engine is running and the start battery reaches the preset voltage threshold, the relay closes to begin charging the auxiliary battery. Once the engine is switched off and voltage drops, the relay opens to isolate the batteries, ensuring accessories powered from the auxiliary system never drain the main battery.

Key Features

  • Automatic voltage‑sensing operation for hands‑free dual‑battery management

  • Protects the start battery by isolating loads when the engine is off

  • Closes only when safe voltage is reached to begin auxiliary charging

  • Opens on shutdown to prevent flattening the primary battery

  • Suitable for 12V and 24V systems

  • 100A rating for robust, high‑current applications

Ideal For

  • 4WD dual‑battery systems

  • Caravan and camper auxiliary power

  • Marine and off‑grid electrical setups

  • Protecting start batteries from accessory drain
