Sachs 444 237 Nivomat self levelling rear shock absorber.
Sachs is a ZF Aftermarket brand, and ZF supplies original equipment to vehicle makers.
Nivomat is Sachs' self levelling rear shock. It uses the movement of the suspension to pump itself up and hold ride height when the vehicle is loaded, with no compressor or air lines. Shock absorbers control how your springs move and keep the tyres in contact with the road.
