JLM Digital Manometer is a compact and useful diagnostics tool to measure differential pressure in diesel particulate filters.

JLM ManoHP measures pressures from 0 mbar to 7,500 mbar in units such as PSI, Mbar, kPa and more. This product will give you a second reading to help verify the pressure sensors of an engine. If your diagnostics tool and manometer read different values, your sensor is likely faulty and a cause of other problems. This makes a digital manometer a must-have diagnostic tool for any mechanical trade professional working on modern engines.

To measure DPF pressure simply connect the manometers positive (+) terminal to the DPF's front differential pressure sensor and record the values of the engine while idling. Re-check the pressure after cleaning or regenerating a DPF to ensure it is clear of back pressure. The digital manometer's negative (-) terminal can also be used to measure and record vacuum pressures.
